The Pio Manzù Centre proposed a forum for open and courageous reflection on the global situation of the younger generations in the Third Millenium – a summit meeting never before attempted, outlining analysis and proposals with regard to the condition of young people examined in its entirety, from the economic and labour aspects to cultural, artistic and religious expression. This was an attempt to plot the profile of an errant generation, endowed with knowledge, will-power and expectations.
Experts, sociologists, artists, TV personalities, businessmen, people belonging to the economical and political world, participated in the event to speak about the prospects and expectations of young people at all latitudes and to bring forward proposals to make the younger generations more involved in the dynamics of economical, social, technological and cultural change.
